Turns out some people maybe experiencing this error when installing Lotus Notes 7 on a Windows Vista machine. The error is to this effect: Assert in LSP g_socket_data.Lookup(s) == 0 capture\lsp\nolsp\wsp_patches.cpp:1313 (See picture in the post).
The problem seems to be caused by Google Desktop. By updating to the latest Google Desktop or uninstalling Google Desktop, the problem will be resolved. Here is the error:
