- Provides day-to-day tech support to The Office of the President, The Office of the Provost, Academic Senate, Center for Service Learning, MUSE, University Advancement, and Undergraduate Studies.
- Primary support of PC desktops/laptops and Mac desktops/laptops
- Support of high profile clients and their support staffs
- Responsible for recommending and purchasing of computers and equipment through purchase order or procurement Visa card
